The Feldenkrais Method offers a unique and effective way to overcome the body's habitual patterns of tension and pain. It is educational, focusing on mechanical and neurological principles and benefits anyone and everyone; from sufferers of chronic back pain, scoliosis, knee injuries, repetitive strain injury to those who would like to enhance a yoga or dance practice or simply move with more fluidity and ease.
